I use three primary coping skills.  One of them is NOT a positive one.  The two that are positive are distraction (mostly my computer, sometimes going out to a restaurant to dine out or watching porn and jerking off, yes, I admit it, 97% or 98% of men jerk off, I am in the majority!) And I am absolutely not going to recommend my late sister's favorite coping skill, because it's far worse than my worst of my three!
