Obstructive Sleep Apnea

I was officially diagnosed with this in 2017, although I have suffered from this since 2009 or before.

My late sister first noticed it.  When she'd visit me when I lived in Florida and I'd travel from / from Orlando to Chattanooga to visit her, my mother, and my younger brother, she did not like making the trip in one day, she preferred to divide it into two.

I usually fell asleep before she did.

She observed me going 90 seconds once without breathing!

She reported this to my mother and my maternal grandmother.

They observed me going 30 seconds.

I had a sleep study done...146 apnea episodes.

Now, I sleep with a CPAP machine.

My mother's and grandmother's cats think I am Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader).
