Disclaimer:  I am not a psychiatrist, psychologist, or counselor.  I am merely a sufferer of five mental illnesses, which, in my opinion, gives me knowledge of the illnesses I suffer from, and empathy, which gives me the ability to help and understand others.  Others may disagree, although that is my opinion.
